碳纳米球储氢材料的制备及影响因素研究

摘  要:无烟煤经过脱灰、炭化和预石墨化处理,然后添加活性金属,用充氢反应球磨法制得碳纳米球储氢材料。研究了原料预处理、充氢压强、活性金属等对材料储氢性能的影响。高能反应球磨时,物料在较短时间内即可达到30-50nm,并具有较高的储氢密度和较低的放氢温度。镁和碳在储氢过程中存在协同效应,A1,Co,Fe,Ni金属催化剂能显著改善储氢材料的吸放氢性能,并对镁碳协同储氢有促进作用。With the anthracite coal de-ashed, carbonized, pre-graphited and mixed with activated metals, the carbon nanometer ball hydrogen storage materials could be made with the reaction ball grinding method in hydrogen atmosphere. The paper studied the raw material pretreatment, hydrogen pressurization, activated metal and others influenced to the performances of the hydrogen storage material. During the high energy reaction ball grinding, the material could reach to 30 - 50 nm in a short time. Then the material would have a high hydrogen storage density and a low hydrogen releasing temperature. During the hydrogen storage period, the magnesium and carbon would have coordinative effect. The A1, Co, Fe and Ni metal catalysts could obviously improve the hydriding and dehydriding performaces of the hydrogen storage material and could promote the coordinative affect between Mg and C.
