摘　　要：基于企业自主创新理论和我国企业现状,对深圳市60多家高科技企业的调研结果,归纳了评价企业自主创新能力的三大要素,即自主创新条件、自主创新基础和自主创新效果,建立了一套实用的测度企业自主创新能力的评价指标体系.并在综合政府、企业、专家的观点确定各指标权重后,实际测评了38家企业.Based on the theory of independent innovation and the enterprise＇s status quo in China and the result of investigation and study on 60 enterprises in Shenzhen, it sets up a set of practical indicator system to evaluate independent innovation capacity. And then, based on the integration of viewpoints from gorenment, enterprises and experts, it stes up the weights for each indicator, and has made an empirical measurement to 38 enterprises.
