大学技术转移中的专利作用——基于界面理论的考察

摘　　要：技术从研究变为商品需要知识生产组织和经济生产组织的共同努力和交互作用,之所以要发生技术转移,其根本原因在于这两大系统存在明显的差异性.专利界面的存在有利于界定经济生产组织和知识生产组织的核心功能区,维护各自的功能独立性和技术商业化进程的合理分工,避免其正常功能受到扭曲.也就是说,大学和科研机构等知识生产组织可以将活动的焦点放在技术商业化的前端部分,而不必关注技术商业化的整个进程;企业等经济生产组织则将焦点放在技术商业化的后端部分,而专利是两者区别的界面和交换的标的.Technology shifting its role from research target to commodity is a result of combined effort and interactive effect of knowledge - originated organization and economy - originated organization. How does technology transfer happen？ The originated cause is the evident otherness existing in the two systems of knowledge- originated organization and economy - originated organization. To identify patent interface smoothes the way of identifying core function area between that two organizations which is then helpful to maintain independence of the two systems and to divide the work more properly among whole technology commercialization process without distorting their normal function. According to this, knowledge - originated organizations, like colleges and scientific research institutes should focus on forepart of technology commercialization process, while economy - originated organization should focus on its back end. Patent is the very interface and exchange object for dividing these two organizations.
