摘  要:滨海地带地质环境较为复杂,而电厂建(构)筑物荷载较大,对地基要求较高,因此,在滨海地带兴建电厂的关键环节是地基处理。本文以位于滨海地带的海口电厂三期工程为例,根据前期工程经验、本期主厂房荷载大小、场地岩土工程条件及现场施工环境,对主厂房地基处理方案进行了优化分析,最终确定了适宜的桩型—后压浆灌注桩。后压浆灌注桩与同等桩径和桩长的普通灌注桩相比,单桩承载力特征值提高1.5倍以上,从而减少了基桩数量及基础承台工程量,节省了工程投资。此桩型已列入新修订的桩基规范并将逐步得到广泛应用。In bordering on sea zone, there exists complicated geological environment. But power plant constructions have higher loads and need better foundation. SO the foundation treatment is the critical sector of constriction of item in bordering on sea zone. On Haikou power plant the third phase project in bordering on sea zone, this paper optimizes the foundation treatment pattern, confirm the feasible type of pile--the drill perfusion pile with impacting slurry later basing on the experience of first and second phase project and according to the load value of major workshop, engineering condition and constricted environment of site. Contrasting to the ordinary drill perfusion pile, impacting slurry later technology can increase the bearing capacity of single pile 1.5 times at least, decrease the quantity of piles and economize investments. This type of pile has been listed in new pile foundation code and gotten abroad application.
