摘  要:[目的]研究四氢呋喃(THF)职业接触工人尿中THF含量与工作场所空气中THF及THF个体接触量的剂量-效应关系,探讨尿THF作为职业接触生物监测指标的可行性。[方法]利用溶剂解吸气相色谱法测定某香料厂的作业场所空气中THF浓度;通过个体采样监测该厂19名作业工人的THF个体接触量;并利用顶空法检测其尿中THF浓度,以6名行政人员为对照。[结果]3个不同作业点空气中THF浓度范围为15.8~66.2mg/m^3,19名作业工人8h个体接触量范围为0.76~4.23 mg,尿中THF浓度范围为0.18~5.36 mg/L。非接触者尿中未检出THF。作业工人尿中THF与工作场所空气中THF浓度的相关系数r=0.53,而与作业工人个体接触量的相关系数r=0.91。[结论]提示尿THF可作为职业接触THF的生物监测指标。[ Objective ] To investigate the feasibility of using Tetrahydrofuran ( THF ) concentration in urine as a bioindicator for occupational exposure to THF. [ Methods ] Dose-response relationship of exposure of THF and urine THF level was studied in a perfumery. Urinary THF was determined using head space GC,and THF in air was determined by solvent desorption GC. The indiviolual lual exposure level of THF was monitored using personal sampler. Correlation analysis method was used to evaluate doseresponse relationship. [ Results ] The THF concentrations in environmental air at three difference workplaces in the perfumery were in the range between 15.8 - 66.2 mg/m^3. Occupational exposure level of THF was 0.76 - 4.23 mg/( person.8 h ), and THF concentrations in their urine were 0.18 - 5.36 mg/L. No THF was detected in the urine of unexposed persons. The personal exposed level of THE was not only related to environmental air THF concentration but also depends on working time and working strength. The results showed that urinary THF concentration correlated well with the personal exposed level of THF( r = 0.91 ), whereas it weakly correlate d to environmental THF concentration ( r = 0.53 ). [ Conclusion ] Laboratory examinations showed a good correlation between urinary THF concentration and the personal exposed amount of THF. It was suggested that THF concentration in urine might be a feasible bio-indicator of occupational exposure to THF.
