摘　　要：目的:观察聚丙烯酰胺水凝胶(PAMHG)注射后发生并发症者的外周血淋巴细胞的免疫学变化。方法:应用流式细胞分析技术测定注射PAMHG后发生并发症患者的外周血淋巴细胞各个亚群含量变化并与对照组(健康未注射PAMHG)人群相比较。结果:水凝胶组和对照组外周血B淋巴细胞在各个时间组变化趋势一致,组间差异无显著性。外周血T淋巴细胞亚群百分率水凝胶组均存在1～7项不等的指标异常。水凝胶组T3、T4、T8、NK细胞、Tn亚群含量、Ts亚群含量在各个时间组均低于对照组;水凝胶组Tm和Tc亚群在各个时间组均高于对照组。结论:PAMHG作为软组织充填剂注入人体,引起细胞免疫变化,细胞免疫处于增强状态,对机体的长期免疫效应尚需进一步积累病例并长期观察。Objective To investigate the cellular immunologic changes in patients who have complications after polyacrylamide hydrogel（PAMHG）injected.Methods To compare the patients in the PAMHG injected group and the healthy control group,we examined the proportion of different types of lymphocyte in peripheral vein blood by flow cytometry.Results In PAMHG group,there are 1-7 proportions of lymphocyte type abnormal at different time point respectively.T3,T4,T8,NK,Tn,and Ts cell proportions in PAMHG group were lower than control group at all time points.Tm and Tc cell proportions in PAMHG group were higher than control group at all time points.There were significant difference at 1 or 2 time point.Conclusion Polyacrylamide Hydrogel stimulates the immune system via cellular immunity.The status of immune system is enhanced.The long term immunologic effect of PAMHG needs further observation in more cases.
