摘　　要：总结25例老年肺癌一侧全肺切除术围术期呼吸道的护理，手术前强调戒烟2周以上，根据老年人的心理特点给予心理疏导，指导进食，呼吸功能锻炼，雾化吸入；术后加强监护，及时清除呼吸道分泌物，尽早进行胸部理疗以辅助吸痰，同时及时给予吸氧和进行有效止痛。It summarized perioperative nursing care of respiratory tract of 25 cases of senile lung cancer patients undergoing one - side pneumonectomy. It emphasized that patients must stop smoking for more than two weeks before operation. And psychological dredge, dietary instruction, respiratory function exercise, and atomization inhalation should be provided for senile people based on their psychological characteristics. After operation, monitoring of patients should be strengthened. Respiratory tract secretion of them must be cleared out promptly. Chest physiotherapy should be carried out as early as possible as assistant to sputum aspiration. And oxygen inhalation should be provided and effectively pain relief should be carried out for them as well.
