摘　　要：利用我国历次调查数据,分析了我国企业的融资战略及其执行情况。研究发现,我国企业已经具有强烈的融资战略意识。但是,通过对融资动机、融资顺序、股权融资的影响因素、负债融资的影响因素、股利政策的影响因素、最优资本结构、融资资金用途变更情况七个方面进行分析发现,我国企业在融资战略的执行上效果不太理想。总体而言,我国企业融资战略执行情况有待提高。The authors try to use several times＇ investigation data to analyze Chinese enterprises＇ financing strategy and its executive situation in this paper. The conclusions are：Chinese enterprises have intensively been aware of the importance of financing strategy, but through the analysis on seven aspects as following： financing motivation, financing order, effect factors on equity financing, effect factors on debt financing, effect factors on dividend policy, optimal capital structure, fmancing capital usage change, the authors fmd that the executive of Chinese enterprises＇ financing strategy is not well. In a word, the fmancing strategy executive situation of Chinese entemrises need go be improved.
