老年病专科护士临床实践的体会

摘　　要：专科护士是在护理专业化进程中形成和发展起来的高级临床护理工作者。2005年8月起,在以护理部主任为组长的专科护士质量委员会的支持与督导下,笔者所在医院的4个专科成立了以专科护士为组长的工作小组,8名专科护士在原来工作岗位上,同时兼职参与专科护士工作。主要介绍了老年病专科护士的临床工作内容、方法和服务对象,通过笔者自己以兼职、全职两种不同模式工作实践,比较全职与兼职两种工作方式和工作业绩。认为兼职专科护士主要履行专业护士职责,专科护士角色受到限制;全职专科护士能全面扮演专科护士角色、发挥功能。Specialized nurses as high-class nurses grow in the process of nursing specialization. Under the support and instruction of specialized nurses quality committee led by the director of Nursing Administration Department, the hospital has established teams led by the head nurses of 4 special clinical departments. 8 specialized nurses participated in the part-time professional care while taking up other general care. The authors introduced the work, modes and the served subjects for the specialized nurses of senile diseases and compared the modes and achievements between professional and general cares. They think the part-time specialized nurses took up the duties of common nurses but restrained from professional duties. The full-time specialized nurses may play a full role in pro- fessional care.
