摘 要:研究了2种合成的羧酸型高效减水剂对水泥凝结时间和水泥水化热的影响,探讨了羧酸型减水剂的保塑机理,并与萘系高效减水剂进行了对比。掺入高效减水剂的水泥净浆及混凝土都出现了一定程度的缓凝,掺加羧酸型减水剂的水泥初凝与终凝时间间隔要小于掺加萘系减水剂的相应的时间间隔;羧酸型减水剂使水泥浆体水化的诱导期比空白水泥浆体延长约2-4 h,第二放热峰出现的时间大大推后,这是羧酸型减水剂具有良好的保塑性能的主要原因。The influence of two polycarboxylic superplasticizers on the setting-time and the hydration heat of cement has been researched, Compared with naphthalene sulfonate superplasticizer, the mechanism of slump-loss retarding of the polycarboxylic superplasticizers was discussed, The cement paste and the concrete with the superplasticizers showed retardation setting, the intervals of time between initial set and final set of cement with the polycarboxylic superplasticizers were less than those of the cement with naphthalene sulfonate superplasticizer, The hydration induction period of cement paste with the polycarboxylic superplasticizers was 2-4 h longer than that of blank paste. The second heat peak was mostly delayed. It is one of the main reasons that the polycarboxylic superplasticizers show better performance of slump-loss retarding.
