用绿色交通理念分析优先发展城际轨道交通的战略

摘　　要：随着都市圈的兴起，立体综合的城际交通运输网的建立成为都市圈持续、快速发展的根本保证，然而在交通运输网络中，刚起步发展的轨道交通尚还不尽如人意。本文用绿色交通理念分析了优先发展城际轨道交通的重要性，用数据说明了城际轨道交通是一种比其他运输方式更优越的城际交通方式，并通过SWOT分析法，具体分析了城际轨道交通发展的优势、劣势、外部机会以及潜在威胁，在此基础上对如何大力发展轨道交通提出了相关建议。After the arisen of the city agglomeration, a synthetical net of transportation has become primary assurance of persistent rapid development of city agglomeration. But the development of Inter-city railway transit among the transportation system is not all as what we hoped. Conception of green transportation is used in this article to analyze the importance of developing Inter-city railway transit prior. Some data is used to verify Inter-city railway transit is the best kind of Inter-city transportation. The strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of Inter-city railway transit are analyzed using the method called SWOT. Based on this, some suggestions are given on how to develop Inter-city railway transit rapidly.
