苦参素联合安珐特治疗慢性乙肝肝纤维化临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨慢性乙型肝炎(CHB)肝纤维化的有效治疗方法。方法采用苦参素胶囊联合安珐特(复方牛胎肝提取物片)口服治疗CHB患者116例(治疗组),并与单用安珐特片治疗90例(对照组)进行对照分析;观察两组治疗前后肝功能(TBil、ALT、AST、ALB)及血清Ⅲ型前胶原(PCⅢ)、透明质酸(HA)、层粘连蛋白(LN)、Ⅳ型胶原(Ⅳ-C)等指标变化情况。结果治疗组肝功能及血清肝纤维化各项指标均有明显改善,与治疗前及对照组比较差异有高度显著性(P均<0.01),治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论苦参素联合安珐特治疗CHB具有较好的保肝和抗肝组织纤维化作用。Objective To explore the effective regimen of treating chronic hepatitis B （CHB） and anti - hepatic fibrosis. Methods 116 patiens with CHB （treated group） were given oral Oxymatrine capsule in combination with An - Fa- Te （compound fetal cow liver extract table）, compared with 90 patients （control group） who received the treatment with An - Fa - Te alone. To observe the changes of parameters of liver function （TSil, ALT, AST, ALP,） and serum levels of type Ⅲ precollagen （PCⅢ）, laminin （LN）, hyaluronic acid （HA）, type Ⅳ collagen （Ⅳ- C） before and after the treatment. Results In the treated group after treatment, the patients＇ levels of liver function and the serum levels of hepatic fibrosis were improved significantly, compared with control group and those before treatment, there were statistically significant differences （ P 〈0.01）. The clinical results in the treated group were superior to the control group, there were statistically significant differences （ P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The Oxy- matrine capsule in combination with An - Fa- Te can improve liver function and is effective on anti - hepatic fibrosis.
