摘　　要：主要讨论两个问题:平面上n个点,每五点不共线时,有多少条直线恰过n个点中的四个已知点;在一定条件下,有多少个圆恰过n个点中的四个已知点。对最大直线数与最大圆数的上、下界做了估计,并对恰过n个点中的四个已知点的最大直线数的一些具体情形给出了结果。In this paper we study following questions： Given n points in a plane, under some conditions, how many lines just pass four points and how many circles just pass through four points？ And we estimate the upper and the lower bound on the max quantity of the lines and circles. We also present the result of the quantity of the lines just on four points for some specific situation.
