摘　　要：通过单因素试验和正交试验,以蜡状芽孢杆菌(Bacilus cereus)深圳菌株754-1产磷酯酶C(PLC)在卵黄平板上形成的乳白色晕圈的直径大小作为考察指标,对影响754-1产PLC的各因素进行了初步研究。结果表明,754-1产PLC的最佳培养条件为:蛋白胨1.0%,牛肉膏0.3%,酵母膏0.2%,NaCl 0.5%,Zn2+0.1 mmol.L-1,卵黄5.0%,接种量0.5%,发酵温度32℃,培养时间12 h。To optimize the conditions for phospholipase C from Bacilus cereus Shenzhen 754-1 strain, the influ- ence factors of phospholipase C production were studied by single factor and orthogonal experiment guided by the di- ameter of the milky white spot. The results showed that the optimal conditions for phospholipase C production of 754-1 strain were determined to be 1.0% peptone,0. 3% beef extract, 0.2% yeast extract, 0. 5% NaC1, 0. 1 mmol · L^-1 Zn^2＋ , and 5.0% egg yolk,O. 5% inoculum size at 32℃ for 12 h fermentation
