摘 要:用筛选出的重复性好、条带清晰的14个随机引物分别对采自安徽黄山和天堂寨的12个齿裂菌属(Coccomyces)菌株进行了RAPD分析,其结果与表型特征表现出良好的一致性,从而表明RAPD技术可以较好地应用于齿裂菌属种内和近似种间亲缘关系的分析。通过RAPD分析的结果与表型性状的比较和分析,明确了部分表型性状在齿裂菌属近似种区分方面的重要性。Twelve Coccomyces strains from Huangshan and Tiantangzhai were characterized by RAPD markers with 14 random primers. The primers used in the reaction were selected from 100 random primers and their gel elec- trophoresis diagram can be amplified repeatedly and clearly. The results of RAPD analysis were consisted with their phenotypic characters very well, which indicated that the RAPD technology could be used to analyze the relation- ships of some intraspecies and similar interspecies of Coccomyces efficiently. Comparing to the results of RAPD anal- ysis and their phenotypic characters, the importance of partial phenotypic characters were affirmed in discriminating of similar species of Coccomyces.
