摘 要:在第四纪红黏土发育的红壤上施用尿素种植冬萝卜,对冬萝卜莲座期叶片的光合色素进行测定分析,结果表明,光合色素对高N水平响应高于低N水平,并且差异达到5%显著水平;单位氮素对光合色素的贡献随N水平的提高而降低。结合正常或高产叶片光合色素的含量,建立了以光合色素为指导的施氮肥模拟方程,各方程的相关系数均达到显著水平以上(P<0.05)。同时,将叶绿素室内分析结果和田间测定SPAD值相结合,建立了以SPAD值为指导的冬萝卜快速高效施肥模拟方程,Z=1729.5×[z0-(0.0378×z-0.6855)]-81.183。Winter radish was planted with urea on quaternary red soil in typical red area, and photosynthetic pig- ment in the leaves at Buddha's seat stage was measured. The results showed that content of photosynthetic pigment were higher at higher N levels than that at lower N levels of urea, and the differences between higher and lower N treatments were significant at 5% level. The photosynthetic pigment contribution from one unit N reduced with in- crease of N levels. Simultaneously, simulation equation of N fertilizer applied fleetly and efficiently for winter radish was deduced with the guidance of SPAD reading.
