摘　　要：采用文献资料法和逻辑分析法,针对我国竞技体育后备人才培养存在的问题,分析了问题存在的原因,并给出了相应的对策。With the methods of documentation and logic analysis, the article analyzes the problems in the present cultivation of reserved forces for competive sports in our country, finds out the major influential factors and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestion.
