摘　　要：目的观察机械通气治疗肺切除术后患者并发呼吸衰竭的疗效和治疗体会。方法回顾性分析25例肺切除术后并发呼吸衰竭患者机械通气治疗的方法和疗效。结果25例患者在对因治疗、控制肺部感染和营养支持的同时给予机械通气治疗。选择合适的通气模式,待低氧血症纠正后,逐步撤机。治愈20例,死亡3例,自动出院2例。结论对肺切除术后并发呼吸衰竭患者应及时给予机械通气治疗。尽量采用辅助控制通气模式,先短时间给予高流量氧,纠正呼吸衰竭后逐步降低吸入氧浓度,撤机时先进行低辅助通气;防治呼吸机相关并发症;注意加强静脉营养支持。Objective To evaluate the value of mechanical ventilation in treatment of respiratory insufficiency after pneumonectomy.Methods Retrospective analysis was carried out on mechanical ventilation in the treatment of patients（n=25）with respiratory failure after pneumonectomy.Results 20 cases were cured,3 died and 2 left hospital of their own accord.Conclusion Patients with respiratory failure after pneumonectomy should be given immediate mechanical ventilation treatment.Modes of the ventilation should be appropriate.Nutritional support,use of antibiotics and aseptic technic should be emphasized.
