颅脑损伤后持续植物状态患者综合催醒治疗疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探讨综合催醒治疗对颅脑损伤后持续植物状态(PVS)患者苏醒的影响。方法对颅脑损伤后PVS患者采取祛除病因、中西医药物、高压氧、针灸、声光电刺激以及功能训练等综合治疗方法,分别于治疗前和治疗3个月后采用PVS评分量表进行临床疗效评估。结果本组35例PVS患者经过综合催醒治疗后,基本治愈21例(60.0%),显效7例(20.0%),好转5例(14.3%),无效2例(5.7%);总有效率达94.3%。结论综合催醒治疗作为颅脑损伤后PVS患者的康复治疗手段,能收到满意效果。Objective To observe the effects of comprehensive consciousness-regaining therapy of patients with persistent vegetative state（PVS）from head injury.Methods 35 patients with PVS from head injury were given comprehensive consciousness-regaining therapy,including eliminate of pathogeny,Chinese and Western medicine,hyperbaric oxygen,acupuncture,sonic and photoelectricity stimulation,and function training.Results 21（60.0%）cases were cured,7（20.0%）cases were markedly effective,5（14.3%）cases were effective,2（5.7%）were ineffective.The total effective rate was 94.3%.Conclusion Comprehensive consciousness-regaining therapy is really a good rehabilitation method from which we can get satisfactory effects on patients with PVS from head injury.
