对试桩静载试验目的内涵的商榷——兼论锤击或静压试桩终端贯入度或压力值是工程桩施工长度终端控制的监理依据

摘　　要：试桩静载试验目的,除JGJ94-94《建筑桩基技术规范》中规定要获取单桩极限承载力作为设计依据外,还应涵括获取试桩本身在成桩过程中的成功经验和数据(如锤击桩的终端贯入度,静压桩的终端压力值等)作为大量工程桩施工成桩过程及桩长终端控制的监理、施工、修改设计和验收的依据。这一论点是以10多年监理高层建筑工程锤击和静压钢筋砼预制桩为例,通过施工监理、施工实践、修改设计、竣工验收和业主使用多年全过程的实践论证得出的。As the aim of pile test by the dead load method, except the stipulations on building pile technique standard for gaining single pile limit load as design foundation, we consider that ought to include obtaining the test pile＇ s various data while it is built, such as the end get-down degree of hammer pile or the end pressure of quiet pressing pile, etc. The data ought to become the part of basis of engineering pile in two aspects, one for the procedure control in forming pile, another for the end length control of pile. while the piles build in great quantity , the data ought to be used by the supervision, construction, adjusting the design and acceptance purpose. This opining comes from the hammer pile and the quiet pressing pile in practice building procedure for more than ten years.
