摘　　要：随着我国加入WTO以及知识经济的发展、通信技术的应用,农业面临着前所未有的挑战。农产运销组织与交易模式,因电子化组织与电子商务提供快速交易速度、降低管理成本与交易成本而面临着本质性的改变。为了适应现代的农业产销环境,进行组织再造与业务革新,应用无线网络及电子商务概念,针对农业面对的冲击与趋势的需求,全面性地分析了传统农产业交易模式和快速电子化后农业的交易行为,探讨产业营运与交易的快速响应模式,提供一个具有高弹性、互通性、高稳定性的快速电子商务系统架构,为促进农业发展提供参考。With the joining to the World Trade Organization as well as the knowledge economy development, the communication application along with our country, the agriculture faced with the unprecedented challenge. Agricultural production transportation and sale organization and transaction pattern, because the electrics organization and the electronic commerce provide the fast transaction speed, reduces the management cost and the transaction cost faces the essence change, to adapt modern agricultural production and marketing environment, carries on the organization to make again with the service innovates, the application wireless motion network and the electronic commerce concept, the impact and the tendency demand which faces in view of the agriculture, is comprehensive analyzes the traditional agricultural production industry transaction pattern, after the analysis high-velocity electron agriculture transaction behavior, discussion industry transport business and the transaction fast response pattern, provides a high elasticity, exchanges the natural, the high stable high-velocity electron commerce system overhead construction, in order to promote the agricultural development provision industry reference.
