电子控制技术在LPG发动机设计中的应用

摘  要:将小型汽油机改造为LPG发动机,应用电子控制技术对发动机的点火系统和控制单元进行了优化设计,提高了点火系统点火电压、点火能量和点火稳定性,并能够灵活调整点火正时。根据发动机台架试验,证实了电控系统的可靠性,并使LPG发动机性能得到提高。改造后的LPG发动机的动力性略低于原机,经济性明显优于原机,HC和CO排放优于原机,NOx排放略高于原机。Mini gasoline engine was converted to LPG (Liquefied Petroleum Gas) engine. By using electronic control technology, the ignition system and control unit was redesigned in order to improve ignition voltage, ignition energy and ignition reliability, and also to adjust ignition correction flexibly. According to engine foundation experiments, it can be verified that electronic control system is reliable and improves the performance of LPG engine, power characteristic of optimized LPG engine is slightly inferior to the original, fuel economy characteristic is superior to the original, CO and HC emission is less than the original, NOx emission is more than the original slightly.
