摘  要:目的 建立冠心丹参滴丸中丹参酮ⅡA的含量测定方法。方法 运用高效液相色谱法测定,色谱柱为ZORBA XXDB-C18(4.6mm×150mm,5μm),流动相:甲醇-水(80:20),流速1ml·min^-1,检测波长270nm,柱温:室温。结果 丹参酮ⅡA在0.0458-0.1026μg范围内峰面积与测定量呈良好的线性关系,回归方程为Y=6.7426×10^3X-3.5967×10^2(r=0.9999),平均加样回收率为97.75%,RSD为1.81%(n=5)。结论 本法灵敏,快速,准确,可用于测定冠心丹参滴丸中丹参酮ⅡA的含量。OBJECTIVE To establish the method for determination of the salviol ⅡA in the Guanxin salvia mihiorrhiza drop pills. METHODS HPLC was used as the assay method, and consisted of ZORBAX XDB-C18 (4.6mm × 150mm, 5μm) column, and methanol-water(80 : 20) as mobile phase, at the flow rate of 1mL . min^-1, the detection wavelength was 270nm, column temperature was room temperature. RESULTS The concentration of the salviol ⅡA and the peak area showed a good linearity at the range of 0. 0458 -0. 1026μg, and the regression equation was Y = 6. 7426 × 10^3 X - 33. 5967 × 10^2 ( r = 0. 9999). The average recovery was 97.75 %, RSD was 1.81% ( n = 5). CONCLUSION The method has a strong especifity, good reproducibility,and can be used to control the quality of the product.
