消脂通脉颗粒的醇提工艺研究

摘　　要：本文以乙醇为溶剂,对消脂通脉方的非挥发性成份进行了提取,以醇浸膏得率与泽泻醇B23-乙酸酯含量的综合评分为考察指标,以醇提工艺的乙醇浓度、温度、次数、时间为考察因素,用正交设计对醇提工艺条件优选,结果确定70%乙醇温浸(50℃)2次,第一次60min,第二次30min为优化工艺条件。To extract the active constituents of Xiaozhitongmai Granule with alcohol, using the yield of alcohol extractive and content of aliso B23-acetate as the detective index. Using alcohol concentration, water temperature , extraction times and extraction time as examing factors. We selected Optimum extracting conditions by The orthogonal design, which were：70 % alcohol, extracting for 2 times（first time 60min,second time 30 min） ; water temperature was 50 ℃.
