摘 要:针对影响涡流室柴油机冷起动性能的因素及涡流燃烧室最佳结构参数匹配问题,采取5种燃烧室设计方案对柴油机进行了对比实验,得到了0℃左右冷起动时合理设计的涡流室副室的形状和尺寸,通道的形状和位置,起动孔的锥度和夹角,主燃烧室活塞顶导流槽的形状等参数,并将各项性能较优的方案1和方案2应用于CZ165F柴油机.结果表明:在-2℃的低温下都能使其顺利起动,并且其功率、油耗、烟度、噪声等性能指标也得到较大改善.Aimed at the factors that affect swirl-chamber diesel engine cold starting capability and the matching problem of the best structural parameters of swirl-chamber, five schemes of combustion chamber of diesel engine have been tested comparably. The parameters for the cold start of diesel engine around 0 ℃ such as the shape and size of the auxiliary chamber, the shape and position of the channel which connects the main combustion chamber and the auxiliary one, the taper of staring hole, the shape of drained channel on top of the piston in main chamber, have been achieved. The optimal parameters between those two schemes have been applied to CZ165F diesel engine. The result indicates that the engine can be started at -2 ℃ and the other performance parameters such as power, fuel, exhaust smoke condensation, noise and so on are also improved greatly.
