摘 要:为了探索新的钝感药剂,对以3-硝基-1,2,4三唑-5-酮(NTO)为主体的药剂发展进行了综述.研究表明:NTO是一种能量高、安全性好、成本低并与常用材料相容的钝感炸药,以其为主体的配方在能量方面可超过B炸药,并且能够通过钝感弹药试验,因而有利于提高弹药的本质安全和威力.选择可与之发生较强酸碱作用的粘结剂和适当的工艺可以克服其酸性高和溶于水的缺陷.In order to explore new insensitive explosives, composites based on 3-nitro-1, 2,4-tnazol-5- one (NTO) were reviewed. It is indicated that NTO is an insensitive explosive which is high energetic, safe and inexpensive. It is compatible with other materials. NTO-based explosive formulations are beneficial to enhance the essential safety and power of ammunitions because they exceed the B composition in energy. It can pass the test of insensitive ammunition. The high acidity of NTO can be reduced by selecting binders which are easily to react with NTO through acid-base interaction. The defect of soluble in water of NTO can be overcomed through proper process.
