摘　　要：主要讨论如何采用Probit模型作为研究方法进行实证研究.对Probit模型的估计方法进行了详细解释,并对其估计系数的含义重点进行了讨论,使用该模型对品种保护申请进行了估计.估计结果显示:大多数变量系数显著,证明所采用的Probit模型能够较好地解释品种保护申请.The overall goal of the study is to explore how to use probit model in the empirical research. Detailed descriptions about the estimated method of the Probit model and the estimated coefficient are discussed. The probit model is applied in the application of plant variety protection （PVP）. Its results show that most of the variable coefficients are statistically significant, indicating that the probit model can perform well in explaining PVP applications.
