摘　　要：本文对计量光栅制造工艺中，易引起均匀性误差的主要因素进行了分析讨论，并提出了相应控制措施。In this paper,the main factors causing the error of uniformity in the technology of making the metrolegical grating are analysed and discussed and the appropriate eliminating measures are put forward.
