摘　　要：目的 报告36例肺曲菌球病诊断与外科治疗体会。方法 系统回顾分析我院自1992～2007年经外科手术病理检查确诊的36例肺曲菌球病病人并复习相关文献，探讨其病因、诊断及治疗方法。结果 36例病人全部手术治疗，全组无手术死亡病例。结论 手术治疗是本病的首选方法。Objective To report the experience of diagnosis and surgical treatment for 36 patients with pneumono-aspergilloma. Methods From 1992 to 2007, systematically retrospective analysis of 36 patients with pneumono-aspergilloma in our hospital was performed and etiological factors and diagnosis and surgical treatment were analyzed, all these patients had received surgical treatment and been confirmed by patho-examination. Results None of 36 patients with pneumono-aspergilloma receiving surgical treatment died of operation. Conclusions Surgical treatment for pulmo aspergillomycosis may be the best approach.
