摘　　要：在考察国内外凿岩钎杆失效形式的基础上，对比分析了两者的选材、冶金质量、轧制状况、热处理工艺及显微组织，指出了国内钎杆的使用寿命低于国外钎杆的原因。On the basis of investigating failure form of the drill rods made at home and abroad, the materials, metallugical qualities, rolling conditions, microstrcectures and heat treatments of the two drill rods have been compared and analysed. The reasons why service life of drills rods made in China is lower than foreign drill rods have been found out
