摘　　要：The higher legal education in UK has been developing steadily since the Second World War and it has become beautiful scenery in the legal culture of the United Kingdom. Its peculiarity has been rather attractive. The author hopes to introduce and discuss this topic with the readers, sharing his experience as a visiting scholar in UK during the autumn and winter in 2004. The author also wishes that we might draw some inspiration from it.英国的高等法律教育自二战以来得到了长足的发展，构成了英国法律文化中的一道亮丽的风景线，其独特魅力倍受世人关注。希望通过笔者于2004年秋冬的一段访英亲身经历，对此问题作一粗浅的介绍和探讨，望从中能获取一定的启示。
