摘　　要：论述了一种高分辨率、高清晰度、快速打印的薄膜热印头的结构、设计和制造技术，主要研究Ｔａ２Ｎ。This paper discusses the structure, design, and manufacturing techniques of the Thin Film Thermal Print Head(TFTPH)with high resolution, superior visibility and high printing speed. The influence of the function parameters of the thin film made of Ta 2N, SiO 2 and Ta 2O 5 on the TFTPH is also studied.
