摘　　要：企业技术创新网络是在现代技术创新环境中产生的新型创新模式,目的是在提高企业技术创新能力的同时,使网络中所有成员共同获益。在研究企业技术创新网络形成模式的基础上,构建了动态混合的网络组织结构模型,并结合各成员在网络中的不同作用,对其角色定位和交互关系进行了探讨。Finn＇s technology innovation network is a new model of innovation appearing in modem technology innovation environment. Its aim is to enhance the capacity of technology innovation as well as to benefit all the participants in the networks. Based on the study on formation pattern of firm＇s technology innovation networks, a dynamic and mixed network structure pattern has been constructed. Combined with the different roles played by each participant in the networks, the role-orientation and interacting relationship has also been explored.
