摘　　要：以什么理论为指导,是企业当前跨国经营面临的首要问题。文中简述了边际产业扩张论的主要内容,指出中国企业目前对外直接投资现状符合该理论,并对我国企业的跨国经营提出了几点建议。What kind of theory should be used is the most important problem Chinese enterprises facing when they operate transnational business.
