摘　　要：修订后的《证券法》、《公司法》,进一步加大了对投资者权益的保护力度,增加和完善了证券市场违法行为民事责任条款,为证券投资者民事赔偿提供了法律依据和保障。本文从我国证券民事赔偿司法救济体系及存在问题入手,探讨进一步建立和完善证券民事赔偿市场救助机制,从而建立投资者权益保护长效机制。The revised Securities Law and the Corporation Law have further strengthened the rights of investors. It provides more provisions to increase and perfect the Civil Liability of illegal behavior in the securities market. With it the civil compensation for investors gains the basis and guarantee. This article, beginning with the judicial relief system of civil compensation of china＇s stock and its＇ existing problems, discusses the market relief mechanism about the further establishment and perfection of china＇s securities＇ civil compensation and the long-term effective mechanism about protecting the investors＇ rights and interests thereby.
