“增肉剂”新技术在肉牛育肥中的应用研究

摘  要:本试验选用119头西杂、秦杂和本地牛,试验组和对照组分别为76头和43头,研究皮下埋植“畜大壮”对役用牛、不同品种牛、强度育肥牛和枯草期放牧牛的育肥效果,以及“玉米赤霉醇”和“畜大壮”的增重效果,并对增肉剂育肥的经济效益进行了简要分析。为期4年的试验结果表明,“畜大壮”埋植组的相对增重比“玉米赤霉醇”埋植组高7.03kg;埋植“畜大壮”的西杂、秦杂和本地牛的平均增重分别为51.4kg、42.9kg和40.7kg;强度育肥试验组的平均增重比对照组高18.9kg;枯草期放牧牛试验组的增重比对照组多39.1kg,增重效果达极显著水平,埋植增肉剂取得了明显的经济效益。同时在使用增肉剂育肥肉牛时一定要定期监测牛肉中的药物残留量。Simmental crossbred,Qinchuan crossbred and local cattle devided into 73 of experimental group and 43 of control group to study the fattening result of subcutaneous implanting of “Xu Da Zhuang” on working cattle,different cattle breeds intensive fattening cattle and cattle of grass withering period,the differences of fattening result between “Xu Da Zhuang” implantation and Zeronol implantation,the economic benefit of cattle fattening by meat promoter was briefly analysed. The 4 years experimental result showed that the relative weight gain of “Xu Da Zhuang” implantation is 7.03kg more than that of Zeronol implantation;Simmental crossbred,Qinchuan crossbred and local cattle implanting “Xu Da Zhuang” have the average gain of 51.4kg, 42.9kg ,and 40.7kg respectively;the average weight gain of intensive fattening is 18.9kg more than that of control group;experimental group for cattle grazing at grass withering period have 39.1kg more weight gain than control group with significant difference,the meat promoter implanting demonstrated an obvious economic profit.Meantime,it is proposed that the hormone residues in beef should be monitored periodically during utilization of meat promoter to ensure sefety for human.
