摘　　要：根据需求分析设计了智能化建设法规政策知识库的原型系统,并对原型系统各模块的功能进行了详细的论述,基于XML的存储策略和索引技术及代理功能、网络日志、领域知识等,系统可实现对建设法规政策知识库一般查询和"语义"、个性化的智能查询。According to the requirements analysis, a prototype system of the knowledge base of laws and regulations of construction has been designed. Furthermore, the function of prototype system of each module is discussed at some length. Based on XML-based storage strategies and indexing technology and agent, web log, domain knowledge, etc general inquiries and ＂semantic＂, personalized intelligent query can be realized by this knowledge base of laws and regulations of construction system.
