摘　　要：1957年前后,党对正确处理农村人民内部矛盾的探索取得了较多的成果,毛泽东《关于正确处理人民内部矛盾的问题》的讲话是探索的总结,又有效指导了农村矛盾的解决。这一时期的探索,取得了加强农村干部队伍建设、坚持民主制度和发展农业生产力改善农民生活等经验。但由于当时党的社会主义理论准备不充分,创新能力不够,导致探索中出现不足。A lot of achievements were scored in the Party＇s exploration of how to correctly handle contradictions among the people in the rural areas around 1957. Mao Zedong＇s speech ＂On the Correct Handling of Contradictions Among the People＂ was a summing - up of the exploration and in turn effectively guided the solution of rural contradictions. Experience was accumulated in strengthening the contingent of rural cadres, sticking to the principle of running the cooperatives in a democratic way and developing agricultural productive forces in order to improve the peasants＇ life. However, shortcomings cropped up during the exploration due to insufficient socialist theoretical preparations and weak capacity of innovation.
