摘　　要：中小企业选择虚拟经营企业模式,以克服自身存在的资源有限、研发能力不足等发展局限在虚拟经营企业建立过程中,伙伴选择是个难题。本文结合中小企业特点,阐述中小企业虚拟经营合作伙伴选择的目标原则,给出中小企业虚拟伙伴选择相容性函数,并对伙伴选择的遗传算法做一般性描述。Virtual Operate Of Small and Middle - Sized Enterprises on Partner Selection in order to overcome the problem of their limited resources and abilities of study and develop.
