摘 要:为探讨二氧化硅粉尘接触与肾功能的关系,测定了153名二氧化硅粉尘接触工人、112例矽肺患者及年龄相当的非接尘对照人群的尿酶和尿中微量蛋白的含量。结果表明,接尘工人和矽肺患者尿微球蛋白(α-MG)、β-微球蛋白(β-MG)。lan order to find the relations between Nephrotoxicity and exposure to slilica dust , 153 workers exposed to silica dust , 112 silicotic patients and 152 men non-exposed to dust as controls were investigated , and their four kinds of urinary enzymes and five kinds of urinary microglobulins were measured . The results showed that the urinary excretions of a- microglobulin ( a-MG ) ,b-microglobulin ( pa-MG ) , albumin ( Alb ) and N-acetyl-D- glucosaminidase ( NAG ) in the worker. exposed to silica dust and silicotic patients were significantly higher than those in controls. These increases did relate with duration of exposure in both silica dust exposed workers and silicotic patients , but not relate with the duration of de-exposure and degree of silicosis in silicotic patients The conclusion is that exposure to silica dust may lead to chronic irreversible subclinical nephrotoxicity in exposed workers. Measuring urinary a-MC ,-MG , Alb level and NAG activity in urine may be valuable indices for early detection of chronic nephrotoxicity caused by silica dust.
