摘 要:对1979年7月至1996年6月的突发性聋(突聋)发病情况进行前瞻性研究与回顾性分析,探讨突聋与铁代谢障碍疾病的关系。前瞻性研究的对象分为铁代谢障碍疾病组218例、血液病组215例和正常对照组4850例;回顾性分析为17年间资料完整的429例突聋患者中铁代谢障碍疾病及其他血液病的发病情况。结果表明,铁代谢障碍疾病组的突聋调整年发病率显著高于血液病组以及正常对照组;429树突聋患者的无贫血缺铁、缺铁性贫血总检出率为60.84%。认为,机体铁代谢障碍不等于耳蜗铁代谢障碍,但机体铁代谢障碍时出现耳蜗铁代谢障碍的机率显著增加,在许多情况下,耳蜗急性铁代谢障碍是突聋的直接或间接病因之一。Two hundred and eighteen patients with disorders of disturbance of ironmetabolism, 215 with hematonosis and 4850 in a normal control group were studied in a prospectivewith sudden hearing loss and were meanwhile investigated in a retropective review in order to e-valuate the relationship between the disorders of sisturvance of iron metabolism and sudden hearingloss. The findings revealed a significantly higher incidence of sudden hearing loss in the cases of dis-turvance of iron metabolism,than. in the patients with hematonosis as well as in the normal controlgroup. Iron deficiency and iron defitiency anemia were found in 60. 84% of 429 patients with sud-den hearing loss. We concluded that the risk of disturbance of iron metabolism in the cochlea willsignificantly increase when systemic disturbance of iron metabolism is present although the onedoes not necessarily indicate the other. lt seems that acute disturbance of iron metabolism incochlea causes sudden hearing loss directly or provides a pathologic basis for the disorder.
