摘　　要：分析了保护盖成形的工艺特点，并设计了一副氮气弹簧式精冲模，对模具材料的选择和热处理进行了分析。并指出了该副模具的设计要点。This paper analyzed the technology of the support plate, designed a blank-and-pierce die for the model of nitrogen spring, analyzed the selection of the material and the heat treatment, and pointed out the essential of the die design.
