摘　　要：辩证思维是最重要的科学思维之一,广泛应用于各种科学研究中。本文通过对缺氧缺血性脑病诊疗过程中的一些问题进行分析,尝试探讨辩证思维在解决该病诊疗问题过程中的一系列指导作用,以及在诊疗过程中辩证思维常用的基本原则,以便及时地诊断和治疗缺氧缺血性脑病。Dialectical thought is one of the most important scientific thinking methods, and it is widely used in a variety of the scientific researches. By analyzing some problems in the diagnosis and treatment of hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy （HIE）, this paper try to discuss the guidance of dialectical thought and demonstrate some basic principles in the course of solving these problems, This work will redound to diagnose and treat HIE in time.
