复方角菜酸酯乳膏在混合痔术后应用的临床研究

摘　　要：为观察复方角莱酸酯乳膏在混合痔术后的应用效果，将105例混合痔术后患者分为治疗组、对照一组和对照二组，分别应用复方角菜酸酯乳膏、复方角菜酸酯栓和马应龙麝香痔疮膏。在用药后30min至7d量化评价三组疼痛、出血、水肿和分泌物等情况。结果显示，用药后治疗组和对照一组在疼痛以外的其他3项症状改善方面，两组疗效均显著，组间差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。在各时间点，治疗组患者疼痛平均得分均低于对照一组（P〈0．05），在全部4项症状方面的平均得分均低于对照二组（P〈0．05）。三组均无不良反应。结果表明，复方角菜酸酯乳膏用于混合痔术后的治疗，在缓解疼痛上优于复方角菜酸酯栓，在缓解疼痛等4项症状均优于马应龙麝香痔疮膏。The objective of the study was to assess the therapeutic efficacy of compound titanorein cream after surgical operation of mixed hemorrhoids. One hundred and five patients were divided into 3 groups：compound titanorein cream was applied in the trial group, compound titanorein suppository in controlled groupⅠ and Mayinglong hemorrhoidal ointment in controlled group Ⅱ. The therapeutic efficacy of the three drugs were evaluated from 30 min to the 7th day postoperatively by score of pain, bleeding,edema and secretion. As results, better therapeutic efficacy was achieved both in the trial group and controlled group Ⅰ in all the 4 aspects except pain （pain was less in the trial group） but in inter-groups difference there was no statistical significance （ P〉0.05）. And the mean score in the trial group was less compared with that in controlled group Ⅱ （ P〈0. 05）. It is concluded that compound titanorein cream is of better therapeutic efficacy,and no adverse reactions were found after application of these three durgs.
