摘 要:目的:实验多功能供氧化瘀解毒杀菌合剂的疗效。方法:①超声下可控型减压置管针穿刺三通管置管法。②1次/d恢复深部脓肿病灶组织正常氧气供应法。③1次/d脓腔化瘀解毒法。④1次/d三联抗生素程控灌注法。⑤1次/d脓腔密闭负压引流动态观察法。五法合一深部脓肿程控介入学模型治疗脓肿112例。结果:6—9天治疗脓肿全部消失,无并发症后遗症无死亡,治愈率100%。结论:本新研究的合剂具有适用于任何部位有治疗适应征的大中小深部脓肿、安全、供氧、化瘀解毒、杀菌和疗效快捷可靠等多功能特点,其实施模型设计合理、操作方便.为介入学临床治愈深部脓肿开创一种新方法。Objective: To evaluate the therapeutic effects of multifunctionalcompound agent on deep abscess by interventional way. Methods: (1) utilizinga programmed decompression casing tube , we first punctured at appropriatepoint and then put into a three - way pipe under Two - dimensional Uitrasound. (2) the oxidation - reduction potential of focus was returned to normal leveldaily. (3)drained off the contents of abscess daily. (4) three - combined antibilticswere instilled into abscess daily by programmed operations. (5) dynamicobservations of abscess in the course of closed negative pressure drainage. Based on the above- listed five - in - one procedure, we have treated 112 patients with various abscess. Resuits: the abscess disappeared totally within 6 - 9days after treatment without complications and sepuelae, no patient died ofthis process, the cure rate was 100 percent .Conclusion: the orignal compoundagent which we have developed is a safe ,antibacterial and reliablemultifunctional agent , it may apply to all- type abscess that possessesinterventional indications. The procedure model is designed rationally, theoperation is simple and convenient. As a practiable new technique, it wouldplay an important role in the treatment of deep abscess.
