翼腭管注射麻醉剂及其应用分析

摘　　要：上颌拔牙术及上颌手术须在手术过程中病人无疼状态下进行,翼腭管注射麻醉利通过翼腭管直接将麻麻醉剂注入到上颌神经附近,故能较好的麻醉上颌神经,从而保证上颌拔牙术及上颌手术的顺利进行。翼腭管注射麻醉刑具有注射标志清楚、注射准确、麻醉效果可靠等优点,在临床上有较高的推广使用价值。The operation of upper jaw and upper jaw extract teeth must be running in the no pain process of the patients. Pterygopalatine canal blockade anaesthesia technology can put the anaesthetic into maxillary nerve via the tube cavity straightly, then the maxillary nerve has been anaesthetized well and the operation may go on wheels. Pterygopalatine canal blockade anaesthesia technology has many virtues, such as injection mark distinct and anaesthesia results rehable, so it can be extended and applied in the clinical.
