摘　　要：目的：研究和评价小切口手术治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效。方法：从1998年～2004年对97例腰椎间盘突出症病人施行小切口手术。结果：全部病例得到4月～5年的随访，平均36．8月，无1例复发，优良率为94％，无重大并发症。结论：手术切口小，创伤小，脊柱稳定性破坏小，达到根治性治疗，适用于各个年龄段患者。Objective： Toinvertrguto the treatment of lumbar intervertebral dise by Small - incision. Me,otis： From 1998 to 2004, 97 case of lumbar intervertebral dise were tread by small - incision. Results： All patients were followed up for 36.8 months （rarged from 4 months to 5 years）. No any patients relapse. The total excellent and good rate were 94%. No serious complication take place. Conclusion： Operation is small - incision and less - hurt the spinal stability is less - destroy all patients obtained the radical treatment. This methods are suited of all kind of age patients.
