摘　　要：目的：观察改良开塞露灌肠治疗骨折并发便秘的临床效果。方法：观察组：用14号或16号硅胶导尿管插入肛门15-20cm,用注射器推入开塞露原液40ml。对照组：采用传统的开塞露肛注。结果：改良法无论是从排便率和排便量以及药物在肛内作用的时间上均优于传统方法。结论：提高了排便率和排便量,减轻了病人的痛苦,增加了便后舒适感,病人易于接受,值得推广。Objective： Observe clinic effect of amending Kaiselu clyster curing constipation of fracture. Methods： The observation group： Put size 14（ or size 16） silica gel ureter in the anus 15 - 20cm, Using injector push 40ml original hquid Kaiselu. The antitheses group： We adopted conventional method of Kaiselu infusing into anus. Results： Amendatory method excel conventional method in defecating rate and quantum, along with medicament functionary long time in anus. Conclusion： Raised defecating rateandquantum, easing the patient＇s pain and sufferings, increasing comfortable feeling after defecating, the patient is easy to accept, deserving the expansion.
