摘　　要：目的：探讨肿胀吸脂术治疗局限性肥胖,增加吸脂量,减少并发症的方法。方法：使用连续注水机对局限性肥胖区连续注射肿胀液,负压泵抽吸脂肪。结果：缩短了肿胀液注射时间,使肿胀均匀提高了麻醉效果,增加了吸脂量。结论：肿胀吸脂术是安全有效的减肥方法。在术中使用吸脂器械,能收到更加满意的治疗效果。Objectives：To explore the application of tumescent liposuction in the treatment of local obesity,the increasing of liposuction quantity and the reducing of diseases complications.Methods：The continuous injectors were used to inject tumescent liquids to the local obesity,negative press pump sued for liposuction.Results：Injection time of tumescent liquids was shorted,and the evenly distribution of tumescence has improved the anesthetic effect and liposuction quantity.Conclusion：Tumescent liposuction is the safe and effective method of controlling obesity.The application of liposuction instruments in operation could achieve the better results of treatment.
