摘  要:目的:了解临床常见致病菌的分布及细菌的耐药情况。方法:分析2004~2006年分离自住院患者标本致病菌的分布及其耐药性资料。结果:在4842份不同标本中,分离出致病菌1045株(21.6%);致病菌以革兰氏阴性杆菌为主,占52.6%,革兰氏阳性球菌占37.2%,真菌占10.2%。药敏试验显示,葡萄球菌属对青霉素大多耐药,肠杆菌科细菌除对亚胺培南保持敏感率〉95%外,对其他抗生素耐药率均呈上升趋势,假单胞菌属和不动杆菌属对头孢他啶、氧氟沙星、诺氟沙星和阿米卡星等较敏感,对其他抗生素敏感性均较差。结论:由于致病菌耐药性呈上升趋势,临床医师应根据药敏试验结果合理使用抗生素。Objective :To investigate the distribution and drug resistance of common clinical pathogenic bacteria. Methods : The data of distribution and drug resistance of pathogenic bacteria from inpatients drug the period of 2001 to 2006 were analyzed. Results : In a tatal of 4842 samples, 1045 strains were isolated( 21.6% ), from which the Gram - negative bacilli were predominate 52.6%, Gram - positive cocci 37.2%, and Fungus 10.2%. Drug sensitivity test showed that most strains of Staphylococcus were resistant to penicillin. Enterobacteriaceae were showed increasing drug resistance trend, but still sensitive to imipenem was over 95 %. Pseudomonas and Acinetobacter were quite sensitive to ceftazdine, Ofloxacin, norfloxacin and amikacin,but resistant to other antibiotics. Conclusion:Rational use of antibiotics should be carried out according to drug sensitivity test result.
